Drive and main unit system: Delivers robust power to ensure high torque output; co-rotating screws facilitate material conveying, melting, shearing and mixing.

Wear-Resistant Screws and Barrels: Screws typically feature a modular design, crafted from premium high-speed tool steel (e.g., W6Mo5Cr4V2) and heat-treated for exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Barrel boreways are often lined with dual-alloy bushings, delivering equally outstanding wear resistance.

Feeding System: Equipped with precision loss-in-weight or volumetric feeders to ensure stable, continuous feeding of primary materials and additives (e.g., colour masterbatches, flame retardants) into the main unit according to formulation ratios.

Ventilation and Vacuum System: Natural venting and vacuum ports positioned in the mid-to-rear barrel section expel moisture, air, and low-molecular-weight volatiles generated during processing, preventing product porosity.

: Utilises a hydraulically driven dual-station automatic screen changer, enabling filter screen replacement without machine downtime. This effectively filters impurities from the melt, ensuring product quality and enhancing continuous operation capability.

Depending on process requirements, methods such as water-cooled strand pelletising, air-cooled cold cutting, water-ring pelletising, or underwater pelletising can be employed. These rapidly cool the extruded molten ABS and cut it into uniform pellets.
